2Member Eligibility

To register and use the 99 Dragon platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from Malaysia at the time of use.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently serving a self-exclusion period from any gambling platform.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the 99 Dragon platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method is used.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, Malaysian identification card number, mobile phone number, and email address. 3.3 Password & Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your 99 Dragon account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone — including family members. 99 Dragon will never ask for your password via email or Live Chat. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.

4Deposit & Payment

99 Dragon supports a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) with no currency conversion fees or hidden charges.

4.1 Available Deposit Methods

5Withdrawal

5.1 Withdrawal Process

6Bonus & Promotions

99 Dragon offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions that must be met before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.

6.1 Wagering Requirement

Every bonus received is subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before a withdrawal is permitted. 6.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry date as stated. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the specified period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Non-Transferable Bonus

7Game Rules

7.1 Game Results Are Final

7.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption, internet connection failure, or other technical issue during gameplay, 99 Dragon will endeavour to restore the session to its last valid state. However, 99 Dragon is not liable for any losses resulting from an internet connection failure on the member's end.

8Sports Betting

8.1 Results Verification

8.2 Postponed or Cancelled Matches

If a match is postponed before it starts or does not reach the minimum required duration (typically 90 minutes for standard football), any unsettled bets will be fully voided and returned to your account. In-play bets that were settled before the disruption occurred are generally not affected.

9Account Security

10Prohibited Conduct

Use of the 99 Dragon platform is subject to a strict code of conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in serious action being taken against your account:

• Registering more than one account under the same individual.
• Using a false, stolen, or another person's identity to register or verify an account.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party tools to play games or place bets.

11Account Suspension & Closure

11.2 Closure by Member

11.3 Account Balance Upon Closure

Where an account is closed at the member's own request and no breach of terms has occurred, any valid account balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
